These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Lemon Labs Property website and services, operated by AIRLIVING LLC ("Lemon Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or requesting services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website, requesting a free prototype, or entering into a service agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Lemon Labs Property provides custom property management software design, prototyping, and development services. We use AI-accelerated development workflows to deliver working prototypes and production systems tailored to the needs of property management companies. Deliveries for full custom builds are scheduled to begin Fall 2026.
3. Free Prototype Program
Our free prototype offer provides a working, branded demonstration of a proposed feature or workflow based on the information you provide. Prototypes are delivered for evaluation purposes and do not constitute a finished product. We reserve the right to limit the scope, number of revisions, and delivery timeline of free prototypes at our discretion.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
Full custom builds are offered with $0 upfront cost and ongoing monthly subscription fees based on portfolio size and feature scope. Specific pricing, billing frequency, and payment terms are set forth in a separate written agreement or statement of work. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and project completion, custom software and deliverables created specifically for you under a signed agreement are generally assigned or licensed to you as described in that agreement. Until such transfer is completed, Lemon Labs retains all rights, title, and interest in pre-existing materials, methodologies, tools, and reusable components. You retain ownership of any materials, branding, or data you provide to us.
6. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting prototypes or services, to use our services only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse any software, designs, or materials we provide.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIRLIVING LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss, arising out of or related to your use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website or prototypes will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Any warranties for finished products are governed by the applicable service agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services for conduct that violates these terms or is harmful to us or others.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
